After pressing, it matures naturally for three years before being sifted, refined, and finely balanced. The result is a well-balanced, approachable Shu with a clear, mature structure.

Taste & Character
The infusion is deep red, clear, and brilliant. The aroma is ripe and concentrated. On the palate, the tea is full-bodied, soft, and smooth, with a dense texture and good balance. The ripeness is pronounced, accompanied by distinct date notes. The finish is round, warm, and lingering, without bitterness or harshness.

Design & Meaning
"Wukong" symbolizes enlightenment and awakening. As part of the Dayi Zodiac series, this edition is designed as a collector's item focused on drinking. The small, finely crafted form underscores the special character of this tea and combines cultural symbolism with everyday practicality.
